Infant Feeding Support with Guided By You Midwifery

I offer gentle, hands-on feeding support to help you and your baby find your rhythm, whether you're establishing feeding in those early days or facing new challenges weeks down the line.
Every baby is different, and every feeding journey is unique. Together we'll find a way that works best for you, your baby, and your family.
If you wish to breastfeed we can also talk about the role of oxytocin after birth and how this important hormone helps with your let-down reflex.

Infant Feeding Support: Your Questions Answered
What kind of feeding support do you offer?
I offer support with breastfeeding, bottle feeding, expressing, and combination feeding, whatever approach suits you and your baby. This isn't one-size-fits-all advice, it's guidance tailored to your circumstances, your body, and your baby's needs.
I'm struggling with breastfeeding, can you help?
Yes, this is one of the most common reasons families reach out to me. Whether it's latch issues, pain, low supply concerns, or just needing reassurance, we'll work through it together at your pace, without judgement.
Do you support formula and combination feeding too?
Absolutely. However you choose or need to feed your baby is valid, and I'm here to support that choice, not push a particular method. My goal is helping you feel confident and settled, whatever that looks like for your family.
When should I get in touch about feeding support?
Anytime, whether you're preparing antenatally, in the early days after birth, or weeks or months in and hitting a bump. There's no wrong time to ask for help.
Do you visit at home for feeding support?
Yes, I come to you, so you can get support in your own space, at a time that works for your family, without the stress of getting a newborn out the door.
Is feeding support judgement-free?
Completely. Feeding can be an emotional and sometimes difficult part of early parenthood, and my role is to support you with compassion, not add pressure. Whatever you decide, I'm here to help it work for you.
Do you support families across London, Essex, and Hertfordshire?
Yes, I offer infant feeding support across all three areas
